Giveaway closing times

I have been busy this morning cutting up little pieces of paper with entry names and placing them in my pretty pink bucket. I will continue to add names until 3pm (AEST)on Friday 25th May.
As there will be a group of girls doing a Jenny Rofe class on Friday they can all watch as the winner is selected. I have decided that Jenny can do the honours.
Because of time zones Australia will be having winners announced first.
Before leaving work on Friday I will post the winning names.
The Tuesday girls will be selecting what they think is the best hint this week and we will continue to add your name if you leave a hint till Friday 3.00pm
Anyone still thinking about it......do it now.....time is running out. Don't forget if you leave a sewing hint you get a second chance.
I hope you all enjoyed tripping around entering your names in this giveaway. I also have entered my name in a few. What a great way to find out what is on offer in blog land.
Don't forget to keep a look out for my 100 post. Am looking for something very very nice to give away.Labels: Cottage Giveaway

Yep the 25th/26th sure is getting closer! =)) Im looking forward to it!
another handy hint. I have in my handbag a carry along project. Its in one of those Whitmans sampler tins, the small one that is about 3x5"'s.. I was surprised how much I can fit into that tin. I am doing a grandmothers flower garden quilt at the moment, so I have hexagons already cut out, a thimble, a teeny pair of scissors and the hexagon papers all in that tin, so if I am sitting for any length of time, I have no excuses for not sewing! I have done this for years, but I must confess, you can Baste one hexagon while waiting for traffic lights! :O)

Oops, forgot my favourite tip! Do you get annoyed with those bits of cotton that are left on the bobbin? that are not enough to sew with on the machine? I put these teeny weeny threads (still on the bobbin) into my 'on the go project' whitmans tin.. they fit in perfect, and are used up in no time at all.. Rather than leave a whole reel in my sewing kit, I have also wound thread onto a bobbin for this purpose as well..
